Re-mortgage - 

If you are to have a valuer round for a re-mortgage, it is more than likely these days they will look to see if there is spray foam. If there is then they may not consider a fixed mortgage. 

Structural - 

Spray foam is devastating to your roof. It completely incapsulates the roof and structural supports in the foam, not allowing the materials to breathe. This in turn leads to rotting, which will eventually lead to the need for a replacement roof. 

Fire hazard - 

Usually, spray foam is incredibly flammable. By removing the spray foam the risk of fire is kept to a minimum. 

Health Hazard -
